Job Description

What you will do:
  • Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
  • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedure
  • Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Assists with analyzing financial statements in a monthly basis and report on variances
  • Assists with financial and tax audits
  • Assists with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
  • Analyzing and correcting discrepancies
  • Assists in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
 What we need from you:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting and tax theory
  • More than 2 years accounting/finance experience with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Preferably candidate with Brevet A and B
  • Preferably candidate with Tax knowledge and experience (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29; PPN)
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimum daily direction from Supervisor to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results

  • Lead and direct day to day work and operations of the team

What’s your deliverables:

  • Analysis from financial and non-financial reports.
  • Recommendation for better improvement in all aspect from the analysis.
  • Create/update financial modelling based on recommendation given.
  • Create/update SOP and flowchart based on business process analysis and recommendation.

What you will do:

  • Ensures timely and accurate monthly business/financial reports and plans.
  • Researches, analyzes and synthesizes data from multiple sources into business information as directed and by self-identification.
  • Analyzes and reports on key drivers of business and company performance, including monthly and quarterly results and variance analysis.
  • Develops financial models and methods to analyze volume and margin trends to develop both short and medium-term forecasts.
  • Provides high level performance “dashboard” quality reports to senior management or executive team.

  • Assists in budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, business trends analysis, and special ad hoc projects related to the designated business unit.

 What we need from you:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management / Accounting / Business with GPA >3.00 from reputable university.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome, with internship experiences in accounting/finance
  • Having 1-2 experiences in Accounting and Finance will be advantage will be advantage
  • Deep understanding of 3 financial statements
  • Having high analytical skill
  • Good skills in Excel, Power Point, Word (Power BI will be advantage)
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
